Dr. Brian A. Youn, MD Medical Director, Parkview Intensivist Program
Brian A. Youn, MD, is Board Certified in both Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine and is the Medical Director of Parkview’s Intensivist Program. He also serves in many other roles for Parkview Hospital and Parkview Health, including membership in Trauma and Code Blue Committees. Dr. Youn is one of the main physicians that work in Parkview’s eCentral facility with equipment to remotely monitor and interact with patients receiving eICU care in our hospitals. In 2006, Dr. Youn published a summary of part of his daily work, entitled, “Utilizing robots and an ICU telemedicine program to provide intensivist support for rapid response teams.” He is a true champion of using advanced technologies to provide trusted care for our most ill patients.
