Herb Hauser President, Midtown Technologies

As President of Midtown Technologies, the real estate industry's foremost provider of revenue-enhancing technology infrastructure solutions, Herb Hauser has consulted on major projects across the country, including The Plaza Hotel & Residences, the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the Ritz Carlton Condominium Residences in Baltimore, and the Comcast Center in Philadelphia. Previously, as founder of Barnes Wentworth, he pioneered the development of information infrastructure strategy.  Among his achievements at Barnes
Wentworth was the Monterey Bay Military Housing Redevelopment at Fort Ord, 2,400 homes for military families valued at $1.3 billion; Mr. Hauser provided the technology master planning for the project's owners, Clark Realty Capital and the Department of the Army.  Mr. Hauser was also a popular professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University, and was awarded the prestigious National Research Service Award.
He earned his PhD and M.A. from Rutgers University, and a B.A. from SUNY Albany.
