Masha Zager is the editor of Broadband Properties' new applications section, Killer App, and its online version, KillerApp.com. In addition, she is a contributing editor to Broadband Properties Magazine, where she has responsibility for the Independent Telco section and writes for the magazine's News & Views section. She has contributed to many other technology and telecommunications publications, including NewsFactor Network, Rural Telecommunications, and Call Center Magazine. She is the former editor of Customer Service Newsletter and is the author or co-author of four books, most recently Absolute Sudoku.
